Return and Exchange policy


1. Received the wrong or defect orders. We practised inspection on every packed good before shipping out. However, if you encountered this problem, please follow the steps below:

  • Check if the parcel is sealed or it has been unsealed.
  • Check the goods carefully, and the goods must be in new condition.
  • Please take all necessary photos.
  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Report must be made within three (3) months/ ninety (90) days of receipt of the order. Failure to report may result in forfeiture of any return and exchange request.


2. Under what conditions, the goods are non-returnable and nonexchangeable

  • Goods that have been received for more than ninety (90) days.
  • You’ve changed your mind because of wrong selection/ product does not meet your expectation/ found it cheaper elsewhere.
  • Goods shows signs of intentionally damage.


3. Goods returned shall be packed in the original packaging and without any damage. If your return meets all the requirements and you wish to proceed with the return and exchange, you may return to the following address:
